GLAMPING CABINS

The Circular Factory micro-factory, in its basic configuration, is capable of producing one 49 sqm glamping cabin every two weeks, using our proprietary timber framing and panelized construction system.

At the core of this system is a parametric kit of parts, developed as a digital library and designed to scale. The same components and workflows support single-storey and two-storey cabins, as well as 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom configurations, all accessible from day one of micro-factory operation.

All cabins are fabricated using locally sourced softwood and hardwood, enabling regional adaptation while maintaining a consistent production logic. The base model is a 49 sqm one-bedroom unit, optimized for containerized shipping and rapid on-site assembly. From this baseline, the kit-of-parts allows cabins to expand longitudinally through additional middle panels, enabling the addition of bedrooms and increased floor area without redesigning the system. This modular logic supports future growth, customization, and phased deployment.

Circular Factory Originals — Standard Configuration

Each cabin includes:

• 1 bedroom

• Kitchenette with mini fridge

• Bathroom with shower and flushable toilet

 

Wall panels are pre-integrated with plumbing, electrical systems, and water heater, requiring only a final connection to site services. Off-grid configurations are available upon request.

 

With one cabin fully completed and installed and multiple units currently in production, the Tierra Zen cabin line serves as Circular Factory’s flagship product—demonstrating what a micro-factory can produce immediately while showcasing the broader potential of the platform.
